CNC was founded in 1956 with a simple mission: to provide a safe place for elderly and vulnerable members of our community who had nowhere else to turn. What began as a community-driven effort to care for local residents has grown into one of Northeast Arkansas’s most trusted long-term care facilities. For more than six decades, families have turned to CNC during some of life’s most important transitions, and many continue to return generation after generation.
Today, CNC is uniquely positioned as a county-owned, independently operated nonprofit organization. This structure allows us to make decisions based on the needs of our residents rather than corporate mandates or shareholder expectations.
